1. Robbery Arrest (1826) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District The female victim, 48, was working at the location when the suspect entered and produced a firearm. The suspect demanded property, and the victim complied. The suspect fled and was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Juvenile male for robbery, weapon charges, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
2. Vandalism to City Property (1942) 900 Block of Katherine Way, Bear Creek District Stockton Fire personnel extinguished a small fire and were approached by the suspect who struck the fire truck with an object causing damage. There were no injuries. SUSPECT: White male adult
3. Battery on an Officer (2149) California Street and Main Street, Civic District Officers conducted an enforcement stop and found the suspect to be under the influence of alcohol. While performing the DUI investigation, the suspect assaulted officers and medical staff. Officers were able to take the suspect into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Willis Sessions, 35, for DUI and battery on an officer.
