Newark Police Community Affairs Detective L. Young-Dunlap, a certified Gang Resistance Education And Training Program Instructor, presented a 6-week course to 4th graders at Luis Munoz Marin Elementary School. Students took the G.R.E.A.T Pledge to be positive role models in their community by saying "No!” to violence, gangs, and bullying.
