4th Precinct Community Service Officer K. Eley hosted a "Hot Chocolate With A Cop” event. The Home Depot’s shoppers, at 399 Springfield Avenue, were treated to some tasty hot chocolaty goodness to help them forget about the deceasing temperatures.
