Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Elzie Lewise Butler, aka “LC”. He is a 66-year-old male Black adult who was last seen on Friday, November 18, 2022 between approximately 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., on the 1200 block of West 92nd Street in unincorporated Los Angeles County.
Butler is 5’7”, 150lbs, with short black hair, brown eyes, beard, mustaches, and a birthmark on his ribcage.
Mr. Butler is diagnosed with schizophrenia. His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
