Lighting of Municipal Christmas Tree

Please join us this evening at 6:00 p.m. on the Municipal Green for the lighting of the Township's Christmas Tree.

There will be plenty of Caroling by members of the St. Anastasia Choir, the Teaneck High School Chorus, and by our good friends from the Teaneck Road Business Community Alliance.

In addition to Clergy in attendance, I anticipate a visit by a special guest wearing a red jacket! Bring your camera and meet Santa.

We will also be collecting unwrapped toys for the Christmas holiday. The toys will be distributed to families in need by members of our police and fire departments.

Back by popular demand is our "Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest." Judges include Mayor James Dunleavy, and representatives from the Teaneck PBA and FMBA. First, second and third place gift card prizes will be awarded ($100, $50.00, $25.00) courtesy of the Teaneck PBA and FMBA. Dig out those ugly Christmas sweaters and show us your spirit!

Hot chocolate, donuts and cookies will be served courtesy of Columbia Savings Bank.
