An accident has occurred on Ribaut Road, at Lady's Island Drive, in Port Royal. All northbound lanes of Ribaut Road are blocked. In addition, all northbound lanes of Lady's Island Drive going into Port Royal are blocked. Motorists are advised to use caution and should expect significant delays.
