1. Resisting Arrest (1611) 1000 Block of South Golden Gate Avenue, Park District Officers responded to the area on a disturbance and contacted a suspect who was found to be under the influence. The suspect resisted officers and had to be restrained. ARRESTED: Danielle Garcia 53, for being intoxicated in public and resisting arrest. 

2. Resisting Arrest (2000) Park Street and El Dorado Street, Civic District Officers responded to a residence in the area on a report of a disturbance. Officers attempted to detain the suspect but he resisted and had to be restrained. ARRESTED: Victor Cabrera 31, for resisting arrest. 

3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2300) 2400 Block of West Acacia Street, Civic District The male victim, 22, was in his vehicle in the area when a white sedan drove up to him. Occupants of the vehicle fired gunshots at the victim. The victim’s vehicle was struck but he was uninjured. There is no suspect information.
