Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges following an investigation.

On December 1 at approximately 1:54 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division executed a search warrant in the 400 block of West 24^th Street following an investigation.  Police took 33-yearold Orron Smullen into custody without incident and police recovered 27.3 grams of cocaine, 3 Oxycodone pills, $1,057 in currency, and drug paraphernalia. 

Smullen was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 3 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
