Two Green Bay teens arrested for their alleged involvement in an east side shooting that caused non-life-threatening injuries to a 20-year-old Green Bay man over the weekend, have been charged by the Brown County District Attorney’s Office.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Anthony C. Simbler, 18, on December 5, 2022:
- Attempt First-Degree Intentional Homicide – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Bail Jumping
- Bail Jumping
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Avion D. Simbler, 16, on December 5, 2022:
- Attempt First-Degree Intentional Homicide – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime
- Bail Jumping
- Possession of Narcotic Drugs
The suspects were taken into custody on Saturday, December 3, 2022, shortly after officers were dispatched at approximately 1:45 p.m. to an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Humboldt Road.
The investigation is ongoing. No further details will be released at this time.
