Wilmington Police arrest three men on drug charges and recover stolen vehicle: 
Wilmington Police have arrested three men on drug charges and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On December 4 at approximately 10:50 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of West 4th Street. Police lost sight of the vehicle but observed it a short time later in the 1400 block of Northeast Boulevard. Police took 20-year-old DiMere White, 20-year-old Nahceer Lopez, and 24-year-old James Wing into custody without incident. White was found to have an outstanding capias. Police recovered 36 grams of marijuana.
White was charged with Receiving Stolen Property Over $1,500 in addition to a traffic violation and his outstanding capias.
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $2,100 secured bail.
Lopez was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana and released.
Wing was issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana and released.
