* WHAT...Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches through early morning.

* WHERE...Haines Highway west of Haines.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest snow accumulations are expected along the Haines Highway from mile marker 20 to the border. As of 7 PM Wedesday, webcam imagery and spotter reports confirm that appreciable snowfall continues to occur with around 9 inches of snow on the ground. Snowfall intensities are expected to diminish later this evening into the early morning hours Thursday.
