PC 30305(A)(1): FELON IN POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION
LOCATION: Air Expressway Road/ Caughlin Road, Adelanto
SUSPECT: Robert Wright-Denver, 33-years-old, Resident of Lucerne Valley
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 11:15am, Deputy J. Delano conducted a vehicle check on a Chevrolet truck, with no license plates, parked in the desert near Air Expressway Road and Caughlin Road in Adelanto.
Robert Wright-Denver immediately exited the driver’s seat and ran from the vehicle. Deputies tracked Wright-Denver through the desert and detained him a short distance from the vehicle. Inside the truck, deputies located a loaded .22 semi-automatic handgun. Wright-Denver is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition.
Robert Wright-Denver was arrested without incident and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
