On June 01, 2022 The Clayton County Sheriff's Office received a six (6) warrants for fugitive
Charles Bailey (DOB: 10/26/1985)
-Possession of Firearm Commission of Felony
-Criminal Damage to Property
-Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon
-Reckless Conduct
-Pointing / Aiming Gun at Another
-Discharging Firearm on or Near Public Highway
On May 05, 2022, Charles Bailey began arguing with several juveniles in the area of East Lake Dr.
Bailey chased the juveniles to their homes and a guardian of the juveniles confronted Bailey on the situation.
Bailey fired multiple rounds at six (6) people there were in the area, some of them being juveniles striking one (1) person in the arm as well as causing property damage.
The Clayton County Sheriff's Office Elite Fugitive Squad tracked down Bailey to 1345 Mandarin Lane, Stockbridge where he was safely taken into custody and transported to the Clayton County Jail.
