OWI-4th Offense 
On 12/9/22, at 1:01 AM, Officers stopped a vehicle for slow speed and expired registration in the 200 block of N. Franklin St.
The driver of the vehicle, Christopher Dimas, displayed signs of impairment. Dimas failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating while intoxicated (4th offense). A legal blood draw was taken from Dimas. The results are pending.
Dimas had a revoked driver license through Wisconsin for alcohol related offenses and showed three prior OWI convictions.
