Dear Resident: The Borough of Belmar has had two contractors working at Inlet Terrace and River Avenue. Fernandes Construction has completed the concrete work and will most likely be suspending additional work until early spring.  At that time they will mill and pave the road and complete the project. MSP is currently working on replacing the water main.  This work will continue weather permitting. Thank you for your patience while this project gets completed.
