* WHAT...Flooding caused by runoff from excessive rainfall which occurred earlier today.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in south central Missouri, Howell. In southwest Missouri, Barry, Christian, Douglas, Lawrence, Ozark, Stone and Taney.

* WHEN...Until 300 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1201 PM CST, Minor flooding is occurring in the advisory area due to runoff from heavy rainfall earlier today. - This includes the following low water crossings... Bull Creek at Center Road, Little North Fork River at County Road 916, Pond Fork at County Road 883, North Fork River at County Road 278, Beaver Creek at County Road 524, Lick Creek at County Road 528 and Bryant Creek at County Road 223. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Nixa, Ozark, Branson, Aurora, Cassville, Ava, Kimberling City, Forsyth, Highlandville, Hollister, Silver Dollar City, Marionville, Clever, Merriam Woods, Sparta, Crane, Purdy, Reeds Spring, Seligman, Rockaway Beach, Gainesville, Exeter, Wheaton, Indian Point, Branson West, Galena, Washburn, Taneyville, Bakersfield, Shell Knob, Kissee Mills, Bull Creek, Butterfield, Mccord Bend, Golden, Table Rock, Theodosia, Emerald Beach, Kirbyville and Eagle Rock. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
