A traffic hazard has occurred on Highway 278, at Pinckney Wildlife Refuge, on The Hilton Head Bridge. The eastbound right lane is blocked by a broken down FedEx truck. Motorists are advised to use caution, and should expect a short delay traveling onto Hilton Head Island.
