1. Person Shot (1510) 600 Block of Bedlow Drive, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 22, and the suspect were in an altercation when the suspect shot him. The responding officers arrested the suspect without incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Demarcus Marshall, 26, for attempted homicide and weapons charges.
2. Person Shot (1923) 1100 Block of Delivery Street, Civic District
The male victim, 59, and the suspect got into an argument when the suspect shot him and fled the area. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Kidnapping (2230) Mission Road and Monterey Avenue, Civic District
The juvenile female victim, 17, was walking in the area when the suspect offered her a ride. The victim got into the suspect’s vehicle but then changed her mind and wanted to leave. The suspect refused, so the victim jumped out of the vehicle causing minor injuries. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Older white truck. SUSPECT: Hispanic Male Adult.
