Winter Weather Advisory until 09:00PM Monday

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches near Haines. Total accumulations of 5 to 7 inches in and near Juneau. Higher amounts possible in the Mendenhall Valley.

* WHERE...Haines Borough, Klukwan, and City and Borough of Juneau.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 PM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult and hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is expected to transition to rain in the Juneau area by Monday evening and become heavy at times. This will seriously complicate snow removal efforts. Haines should remain as snow for the duration of the event.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HAINES BOROUGH AND KLUKWAN ... CITY AND BOROUGH OF JUNEAU
