Wilmington Police arrest wanted woman during robbery in progress: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a wanted woman during a robbery in progress.
On December 7 at approximately 1:20 a.m., police responded to the 800 block of North Market Street for a robbery in progress. Upon arrival, police took 58-year-old Theresa Harris into custody without incident. Police recovered a knife. Harris was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
Harris was charged with the following offenses:
- Robbery (1st Degree)
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony
- Aggravated Menacing
