Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Theft Suspect 
LNewark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help with identifying the below-pictured suspect, who was captured on surveillance video taking packages from the front porch of several homes.
In one of the incidents, police responded to a call about a theft that occurred at approximately 3:22 p.m. in the 20 block of Houston Street on December 2, 2022. On surveillance video, the suspect entered the property through the driveway and took the package. The suspect, a white male, is described as 5’6” to 5’8” inches tall and weighs between 150 to 160 pounds. During the thefts, the suspect rides a bicycle in the picture below or he’s on foot.
