Albany police are attempting to locate 16-year-old Na’eem Thompson who was last seen leaving his home Monday evening on Mount Hope Drive.
Na’eem is described as a black male, 5’9”, 140lbs with brown eyes and colored hair as pictured below. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a multi-colored sweatshirt and a black jacket.
