* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 17 inches, except 16 to 24 inches for the higher terrain of the North Shore and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis County. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snowfall combined with strong winds will cause snow loading on trees and powerlines. This will likely cause power outages.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CARLTON/SOUTH ST. LOUIS
