An accident has occurred on Highway 278 at Shelter Cove Lane, on Hilton Head Island. Both of the eastbound lanes heading towards the Sea Pines Traffic Circle are blocked. Motorists are advised to use caution, and should expect significant delays. Thank you for your patience & cooperation.
