Traffic Pattern Changes: Rio Grande Avenue closed between Arctic Avenue and Susquehanna Avenue. 
Rio Grande Avenue will be closed between Susquehanna Avenue and Arctic Avenue until 4PM on 12/14/22. Taylor Avenue will be used for westbound traffic to acces the George Reading Bridge, and Hand Avenue will be used for eastbound traffic. Arctic Avenue and New Jersey Avenue can be used for north and southbound traffic. Most businesses in the area can be accessed from Hand Avenue.
