* At 805 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 3 miles northwest of Welsh, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* This dangerous storm will be near... Pine Island around 820 AM CST. Elton around 830 AM CST. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Hathaway. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 50 and 58.
