WARRANTS
LOCATION: 3200 Block of Acacia Rd., Phelan
SUSPECT: Levi North, 44-years-old, Resident of Phelan
Jason Williams, 34 years-old, Resident of Baldy Mesa
SUMMARY:
On Monday, December 12, 2022, at 12:04pm, deputies responded to a burglary alarm at a residence in the 3200 block of Acacia Road in Phelan.
Deputies arrived at the residence and observed two male adults walking with a dog near the residence. Deputies contacted the owner of the residence and learned his garage had been broken into and several items had been stolen.
Deputies tracked shoe impressions from the victim’s residence to a residence in the 3100 block of White Fox Trail. At the residence on White Fox Trail, they located the same two men, identified as Levi North and Jason Williams, they had seen walking on Acacia Road. Deputies located some of the victim’s stolen property at the residence.
Levi North and Jason Williams were arrested for burglary and booked at High Desert Detention Center. Levi North is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. Jason Williams is currently on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) and had additional warrants. He is being held without bail.
