Winter is approaching. 
The Department of Public Works (DPW) would like to remind everyone that the last day to place leaves on the curb is tomorrow, December 16th. After December 16th, the DPW will be making one last pick up of leaves throughout town.
As we move from leaf season to snow, please remember to follow all parking regulations during snow storms. Alternate side of the street parking is strictly enforced during snow storms to allow the DPW to clear the streets. Please check parking signs and the Borough website to see if your street is covered by the No Parking in Snow Emergency Ordinance (194-9).
And the last reminder that winter is approaching, the Leonia Volunteer Fire Department will be escorting Santa Claus through town this Saturday starting at 9:30am.
