Party 1 -Deceased Pedestrian - 83-year-old Male Transient/Name withheld pending next of kin notification
Party 2 - Michael Savedra, 56-year-old Male, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga, CA
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at about 4:18 a.m., deputies responded to the intersection of Vineyard Avenue and Foothill Boulevard for a traffic collision involving a vehicle vs pedestrian. The pedestrian sustained a fatal injury and was pronoucned deceased on scene by the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Department.
This collision is currently being investigated by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT).
