Deputies Discover Man in Possession of Brass Knuckles During a Traffic Stop
DATE/TIME: December 15, 2022, at approximately 12:27 p.m.
INCIDENT: PC 21810 - Possession of Brass/Metal Knuckles
LOCATION: West Broadway Street and E Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): John Jones, 31-years-old, Resident of Bullhead City, Arizona
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, December 15, 2022, at approximately 12:27 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop near the area of West Broadway and E Street in Needles.
During the traffic stop, John Jones was found to be in possession of brass/metal knuckels. It is illegal to possess brass/metal knuckles in the State of California.
Jones was arrested for PC 21810 - Posssession of Brass/Metal Knuckles and was transferred to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Jones remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000, awaiting a court hearing.
