Missing Person Rufus Hawkins: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Rufus Hawkins, who is at risk due to age.
He was last seen on December 17, 2022, in the around 1:30-2:30 p.m. in 3800 block of MacArthur Blvd. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, black sweatpants and black shoes.
Hawkins is described as a 84-year-old, black male. He stands 6’ and weighs 150 pounds, bald, brown eyes and gray facial hair. The family reports Hawkins is in good physical condition but suffers from dementia.
