Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges following an investigation.

On December 13 at approximately 7:38 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division along with members of the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant in the 800 block of North Spruce Street.  Police took 32-year-old Khiry Brown and 35-year-old Edrick Jones into custody without incident.  Police recovered 37.9 grams of cocaine, 2.9 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Brown was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity
• Possession of  Drug Paraphernalia
• Possession of Marijuana

He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $61,100 unsecured bail.

Jones was charged with Possession of Marijuana.
He was issued a summons and released.
