* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 2 AM to 10 AM CST Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday morning through Friday afternoon. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Thursday morning through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
