* WHEN...From 5 AM Thursday to 11 AM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values may fall to extremely dangerous levels. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS ... EASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY ... GUADALUPE COUNTY ... QUAY COUNTY ... CURRY COUNTY ... ROOSEVELT COUNTY ... DE BACA COUNTY
