A locomotive is disabled on the Norfolk-Southern tracks in Rocky River causing the train to block all grade crossings in the City. Emergency Services are aware of the blockage and have alternate routes to respond to calls for service.
Please avoid the area. If necessary, there are underpasses on Lake Rd (Blount St.) and Smith Ct. and an overpass on Clague Rd.
Repairs are expected to take one to three hours.
