* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills dropping to around 20 below zero, except 25 below zero in northern Quay County
* WHERE...Curry County and Quay County.
* WHEN...From 5 AM Thursday to 11 AM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values may fall to extremely dangerous levels. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: QUAY COUNTY ... CURRY COUNTY

Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
