* IMPACTS...PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW COULD SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE VISIBILITY. THE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS COULD IMPACT THE MORNING OR EVENING COMMUTE. GUSTY WINDS COULD BRING DOWN TREE BRANCHES. THE DANGEROUSLY COLD
WIND CHILLS COULD CAUSE FROSTBITE ON EXPOSED SKIN IN AS LITTLE AS 10 MINUTES.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO END BY LATE TONIGHT. HOWEVER, WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL PRODUCE WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW WHICH WILL RESULT IN NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS BEGINNING ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THOSE WITH HOLIDAY TRAVEL PLANS WILL WANT TO MONITOR THE FORECAST CLOSELY AND
