Detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau are continuing with their investigation of an incident in which a male exposed his genitalia to two juveniles and masturbated.
The incident occurred on November 21, 2022, at a laundry mat located at 9302 Normandie Avenue in Los Angeles. Surveillance cameras at the location captured part of the incident.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic or Asian adult, 40-50 years old, 5’06-5’09”, thin build with grey collar length hair and light complexion. The suspect was wearing black rimmed glasses, light grey long sleeve shirt, dark grey pants, grey baseball hat with unknown lettering across the front and back and a black surgical mask.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department - Special Victims Bureau is tasked with investigating the sexual and physical abuse of children and felonious sexual assaults involving adult victims.
