* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibilities were rapidly dropping below one mile across much of east central Florida. Conditions support continued the development of widespread dense fog lowering visibilities to one quarter mile or less across the advisory area.
