EVENING...
* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
  Wind chills as low as 40 below zero. For the Winter Weather
  Advisory, snow and blowing snow with visibility reduced to less
  than a half mile at times. Snow accumulation generally between 1
  and 3 inches.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 1 PM CST Friday. For
  the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow could
  significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
  likely affect the morning commute. The dangerously cold wind
  chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
  minutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
