Winter Weather Advisory until 12:00AM Saturday

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 45 below zero. For the first Winter Weather Advisory, freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow with areas of blowing snow expected. A flash freeze is also expected on roadways due to rapidly falling temperatures Friday morning. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 AM Friday to noon EST Sunday. For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 1 AM Friday to midnight EST Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
