* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero. For the first Winter Weather Advisory, freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of a light glaze. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow along with a flash freeze on roadways due to rapidly falling temperatures expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* WHERE...Southeast Pocahontas County.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 AM Friday to noon EST Saturday. For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST POCAHONTAS
