Winter Storm Warning until 12:00AM Sunday

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph causing blowing and drifting snow, with visibility a half mile or less at times on some roads. Worst travel conditions on Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero.

* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis County. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until midnight CST Saturday night. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 8 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow loading on trees from the past storm in combination with the high winds may cause tree damage resulting in power outages in cold weather. Periods of whiteout conditions are possible, especially on Friday afternoon.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CARLTON/SOUTH ST. LOUIS
