...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO NOON EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Ocean, Atlantic, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean and Southeastern Burlington. * WHEN...From 4 AM to noon EST Friday. * IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. High tides in Back Bays at 8:30 am and 8:58 pm Friday ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Eastern Monmouth, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Coastal Atlantic and Coastal Ocean. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects. ***The upcoming temperatures will be plummeting quickly tomorrow afternoon, we highly suggest you turn off your outside water! We are putting this out today because there have been calls to the Borough regarding a lack of Nixles.
