At this time, the National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Morris County. In the event you experience a power outage, please make sure the outage gets reported to JCP&L. The following is a list of ways resident reporting can be done:

  • This can be done from your cell phone if you do not have access to a computer or have a power related issue by clicking “My Location."
• Call 888-LIGHTSS (888-544-4877)

• Street address of the outage location;
• Whether or not, to the best of your knowledge, neighbors are affected by the outage; &
• Phone number where you can be reached
