* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. The wind chill warning will expire at noon and be replaced with a wind chill advisory. Wind chills readings 5 to 20 degrees below zero. Winds 5 to 10 mph, with localized speeds to 15 mph across the upper Columbia Basin.

* WHERE...Moses Lake, Flowery Trail Road, Metaline Falls, Chewelah, Ione, Newport, Eastport, Creston, Grand Coulee, Coulee City, Fruitland, Springdale, Bonners Ferry, Quincy, Wilbur, Priest River, Northport, Ephrata, Ritzville, Sandpoint, Clark Fork, Kettle Falls, Colville, Deer Park, Tiger, Athol, Harrington, Odessa, Othello, and Metaline.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until Noon PST today. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 11 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Areas of drifting and blowing snow could lead to travel impacts.
