Wind Chill Advisory until 01:00PM Saturday 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Carbon, Monroe, Lehigh and Northampton.
* WHEN...From 3 PM Friday to 1 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong cold front will move through Friday bringing a very sharp drop in temperatures with strong southerly winds shifting to strong westerly. By mid Friday afternoon, this combination of wind and cold will result in wind chills of 10 below zero or lower with wind chills as low as 20 below zero Friday night into Saturday morning.
