* WHEN...For the Blizzard Warning, until 6 AM CST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow will produce near zero visibility especially in open areas. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions will be from this evening through Friday afternoon. Travel has become treacherous. Any person that becomes stranded or trapped outdoors could encounter a life-threatening situation in a short amount of time.
