**SNOW EMERGENCY** declared for the city of Southgate! 
A Snow Emergency has been declared for the city of Southgate, effective immediately, until rescinded.
All vehicles parked on the street marked "Snow Emergency" MUST be removed so that crews can clear the streets. Any vehicle that is not moved will be cited and towed away at the owner's expense.
It is imperative that your vehicle is moved immediately from these areas!
