On December 22, 2022, at 3:14 PM, the Arcadia Detectives, along with a local task force, was in the area of Camino Real Ave. and Santa Anita Ave., regarding a suspect vehicle tied to a residential burglary.  Believing an additional burglary occurred in our city, units conducted traffic stops on this vehicle and an additional vehicle they believed was associated.  Officers later attempted to locate the additional burglary, but they were unsuccessful.
 
During a search of both vehicles, a burglary tool seen on video from yesterday’s burglary, and suspected stolen property, were found. Additionally, unique clothing tied to another burglary was located.  Based on the circumstances, it was believed these suspects were involved in yesterday's burglaries and were about to commit another burglary.  A black male adult, a black female adult, and three black juveniles were all arrested for burglary.
